Five houses, to meet the AECB building standards, a low energy and comfort standard, on surplus garden land. As part of a review of a number of sites, T2 architects were appointed to progress the development of two large rear gardens serving bungalows in Woodman Close. The new development, accessed via Bostock Close, will provide 2no. two bedroom detached bungalows and 3no. 1 bed terraced houses.
