As part of our masterplan for the wider Winnall Flats estate, three houses are added to the eastern fringe of the site to replace an under-used garage court. The introduction of dwellings between an avenue of mature trees and the edge of the site will provide passive surveillance to the existing footpath which connects the existing housing to the south to the retail park to the north. The houses are designed to minimise energy consumption and are designed to meet the AECB Building Standard, a low energy and comfort standard.
