The Parade

Formerly a 6th Form college, this project converts a 1960’s, eleven storey, concrete tower into 123 luxury student rooms. The ground floor provides a communal lounge with reception area, bar, cinema room and group study room. Two new ground floor extensions create an entrance canopy and a glazed collonade to the City Road frontage, which will ultimately connect to the ‘Phase 2’ project on the adjacent City Road site. A new raised terrace will provide an external seating and spill-out area from the communal lounge.
