Work has now started on site for our first project for Millgate Winchester, and our third project on Chilbolton Avenue. The fantastic views are complemented by the lovely weather as ground works begin.

Our fourth scheme on Chilbolton Avenue has been granted Planning Permission, at no.23. This is a development of four apartments and two houses, for Millgate Winchester.

The RIBA Hampshire lectures kicked off with an inspirational talk from Piers Taylor of Invisible Studio.
Our project for this new build, single aspect infill dwelling in Oliver’s Battery is complete. The contemporary home features a zinc monopitch roof with a ‘pop up’ dormer as part of the simple modern design. For full project details, please click here.
Great to see Quintana Gate, our student accommodation scheme in Exeter, in the sun. The finishing line is in sight.
Our exciting proposals for the redevelopment of this site in Winnall were presented to the local community, ward Councillors and stakeholders.
The proposals are for a mixed-use scheme of new office space alongside student accommodation.
The two new build houses for Candover Green Developments are now complete, precisely one year from Planning Permission being granted. Offsite construction with Bespoke Modular Developments enabled this quick programme with timber frame panels arriving on site in October, providing a weathertight shell two weeks later.

Ross Aylward, RIBA accredited Conservation Architect, and Director at T2 Architects recently presented two seminars to RIBA members in the Southern and South-Eastern Regions together with Rachel White, Historic Environment Team Leader from Winchester City Council, on Points of Significance – looking at best practice for heritage statements and how to successfully design and apply for consent when working with heritage assets.
The two seminars, held in Oxford and Guildford, were organised by the RIBA Regional team and were extremely well attended and received excellent feedback.
Congratulations to our Managing Director, Jeremy Tyrrell, who has stepped up to become RIBA Hampshire Chairman. The changeover happened at this year’s AGM, which was held in Eastleigh College’s new buildings, designed by Architecture PLB. We were lucky to get a guided tour around the building. Jeremy will be supported by new Vice Chair Adam Knibb.

Hannah Provins has returned to the team after her enjoying her maternity leave with her baby boy. Hannah works part time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9am – 2.30pm. We are pleased she is back with us.
