The site is located directly opposite our larger first phase for the same Client, which was completed in 2019. This new-build scheme provides 31 luxury student rooms in a 4 storey building designed to BREEAM Very Good standard. The contemporary design respects the scale and character of the adjacent listed buildings, linking two previously unconnected sites to provide a positive entrance feature on this prominent corner.
