A development of six flats and four houses on the western side of Andover Road. The layout creates a new access into the site alongside an apartment building which provides a new set back frontage to this elevated part of Andover Road. To the rear of the site are two pairs of semi-detached houses with generous private gardens. All dwellings are entered via a central landscaped space which provides both car parking and communal green areas for the apartments. A familiar and simple building form, coupled with crisply detailed traditional materials, create a calm and contemporary scheme.
