A single storey extension to a Victorian House in the Fulflood area of Winchester. The simple monopitch form is finished in zinc externally with a vaulted ceiling. The rear façade is finished in cedar cladding. The extension provides additional dining and family living space plus a utility space in the depth of the plan. Careful placement of rooflights and internal glazing ensures even the central parts of the classic Victorian deep, narrow plan all receive natural daylight.
