Jeremy Tyrrell RIBA

Managing Director, Architect

Jeremy established T2 architects in 2007 and is managing director of the practice. Prior to this he spent 6 years at Winchester based practice Architecture PLB working on a range of housing and mixed use projects in and around Winchester.  Jeremy qualified as an architect in 2004 having studied at The University of Portsmouth since 1995 and graduating with Distinction and a Masters in Professional Practice in 2001.

Jeremy's dissertation, entitled 'The Failure of Nerve in English Housing' preceded his thesis project for large scale flexible housing, challenging the way new housing is designed and marketed in the UK.  Jeremy's thesis project led to his nomination for the RIBA President's silver medal and also being featured in Building Design magazine's 'Class of 2001'.

In practice today Jeremy oversees the design of all projects within the office and has a particular focus on ensuring there is a strong and clear concept behind each scheme.  Jeremy was the Chairman of RIBA Hampshire from 2019-2021 and he is currently Chairman of the Winchester & Eastleigh Design Review Panel. Prior to this Jeremy was vice-chair of the North-East Hampshire Architects Panel.
